On 8 April Tangent Communications announced that it had decided not to proceed with its proposed offer for TMN Group plc.

Tangent proposed offer for TMN Group PLC
On March 11 Tangent announced that it is in preliminary discussions with TMN Group PLC with regard to a possible offer. TMN is an online marketing company specialising in email, affiliate marketing and online market research.
Discussions are at an early stage and we will keep you informed of developments.
